Let's Ruck!


Let’s Ruck! But what is it and why?


To Ruck is the process of moving personal belongings and supplies strapped to your back with two shoulder straps. The bag is known as a Rucksack. In the military the Ruck March is a way of moving on foot with our supplies and equipment. Rucking for short, is a great way to get active and improve your fitness. The concept is simple, get a rucksack or backpack, put a few pounds of weight in it, and then walk. Your weight, your pace, your distance.


I started with a low weight and as the 30 pounds of fat burned off, I increased the weight in my rucksack. Simple, but not easy. And this is how the Ruck fits into Pursue Hard Things!! The Ruck is how I start my day. It is a commitment to my personal well-being.
